We are currently in Cortes Bay at the Seattle Yacht Club Outstation

We arrived the SYC Cortes Bay Outstation about 3PM on Saturday August 11th.  The trip from Blind Channel to Cortes Bay was smooth and the only excitement was some very heavy rain showers.  The Outstation was full at the docks and many boats were rafted and anchored out.  We were invited to raft alongside of some old friends and run a power cord over to the dock.  The generators got a rest.

Today, Sunday we were able to get on the dock and connect to 50A 240VAC power.  This will be nice since our stove and air conditioning uses this kind of power.  The weather is getting warmer today and the A/C may be put to use.  Many boats left the Outstation today and many more joined us.  Some amount of everyone's time is spent getting just one more boat into a full marina.  We don't know how may days we will stay here, but two or three will be nice and then on to Garden Bay in Pender Harbour.
